"thats harsh," he siad looking down at his plate.

"It's the truth. Someone who makes and plants explosives cannot be distracted by anything," she said. She pushed her food around with her fork. "We've all made sacrifices."

Wanting to cut the tension, August cut in. "For example, we all give up real food when we joined up."

Tevon snorted a little chuckle at the comment, "that's for real." he glanced up at August then Athena. her view seemed to be sad and very isolationist type thinking

She smiled, "it could be worse." She took another bite of the tasteless food. "How'd exploring go today? Find anything interesting?" She asked August and Tevon.

"Not really, just a bunch of dust and empty rooms." August shrugged.

"but empty rooms means space." Tevon interjected

"Exactly," Athena agreed. "Which means we might not have to share rooms."

"That would be very nice," August agreed.

Athena nodded, "I found a room we can use for training. There'll be less people to see me beat you." She teased August.

"Strong words for someone who lost earlier," August answered with a grin.

"Next time I won't go as easy on you," she said.

He leaned back in his chair, grinning. "Sure, sure."

"You just wait," she grinned, pointing her fork at him. "I'll show you."

"I'm sure," he agreed.

"Oh! I forgot to tell you," she said as she stabbed her fork into her dinner. "One of the rooms I found has a fake window."

"A fake window?" August sat up, interested.

Athena nodded, "it looks like a real window. It has a panting behind it of outside during the day and another one of outside at night so they can be changed. Who ever lived here before must have left it behind."

"Weird," August muttered, but he was a bit intrigued.

"It's not a very big room, maybe it was a child's room," Athena suggested.

"Maybe. I wonder what we can use it for."

"It could be a bedroom but it would only fit one person," she said. "Or a work room."

August nodded. "I'm sure they'll find a purpose for it. He looked around the room; everyone was still eating. "Want to show us?"

"Sure," Athena said. She picked up her empty plate. "Let's go."

August followed, dutifully dropping his plate off for the people assigned kitchen duty.

"The room is in one of the far corners," Athena said as she walked. "And the door is smaller than normal so it would be easy to miss."

"So what, a sort of safe room for a kid?" August wasn't sure he was buying it.

Athena shrugged. "Possibly, it could have also been a prison cell or the weapons room."

"Art in a cell or weapons room? That's a bit extravagant."

Athena nodded, "but I don't know what else it could have been used for." She stopped at a small door and pushed it open, she had to crouch to walk into the room

August followed, frowning as he looked around the room. "Hmmm. Weird."

Athena nodded, "yeah. We could use it as a bed room or an office."
