"Well I'm not going now." he clarified, "first I want to see why these blueprints are all wanky." he looked around turning the blue prints every which way. it made no sense


Xander Chuckled sticking a few cans in his pockets,"looks like we arent' the first looters."

"Then by all means, proceed," river told him, leaning against the wall and watching. Graham looked over tevon's shoulder.

"Well that would be a lot to expect," Audrey shrugged. "Found some peaches," she said, pulling the can out of the back of the cabinet.

Athena stepped out of the shadows, "you called," she said to river.

"Athena, meet Tevon and Graham. They'll be joining us." River motioned to the two men.

Athena nodded, "hello." She sized them up, they didn't look like much.

Tevon hardly acknowledged the woman who had now joined them, "see right here it shows a stair case leading down but there is nothing...squat...this is so strange." he said instead pointing to the screen for Graham


"Nice." Xander grinned, "this will really go nicely with the food we have." he found some salt and pepper as well as a box of old crackers

She had been here...and not too long ago too. The place was cleaned up leaving no trace of her except the dust that had been displaced and teh fecal matter in the corner. it was a fresh pile of F you left just for them. he had seven reaping members and she still managed to give them the slip. how did she do it? he let out a long breath looking around again. they had already swept the place three times and she wasn't there. he couldn't believe it. Had she wanted that camera to see her just so she could make him look like an idiot. he had never seen an actual picture of her just a computer rendition of what she could look like. he had always known this ghost and Brit looked alike in the mock ups of the girl but this was living proof that name and birth date weren't just a coincidence. she was real and they were related...as far as he could tell. But how had she learned to be so...invisible. he hated it. she could be of so much use to them if he could just catch her.

"Are you sure," Athena asked.

Graham looked at the floor. "Trap door maybe?"

Audrey smiled. "I'm surprised there's actually food here," she said, moving to another cabinet.

River looked to Athena. "They'll be going to get their things. I want you with them," she said, low enough that only the other woman could hear.

Athena nodded, "should they not know I'm following?"

"We'll see. But I'm not letting this one out of our sight. If we lose him, we probably won't find another."

Athena nodded, "understood."

"I am sure." he snorted at Athina,"and I thought of that." he said to graham, " but wh... oh man...does anyone have a knife? a good sized one?"

"Surprised but pleased," Xander smiled, "I'm not finding much else."

"I do," she said pulling a very large knife out of her boot. "Don't brake it."

"Yes, very pleased," she agreed, shutting the cabinet. "Let me just fill up the jug and we can go," she said, pushing herself off the ground and going to the large industrial sized sink.

"What is it?" Graham asked.

looking at the blueprints one more time he handed the computer to to Graham and knelt down. he felt around on the floor then jammed the knife down against the seem of the "tile". he pulled the knife down along that seam and smiled. he pried a little and the floor started coming up, "its not the real floor here."

He nodded and closed his cabinet, " any other hotels that haven't been swept that might produce some food?"

"Yeah, I'm sure there are others. There should be some down this street," she replied.

River came closer, watching the floor. "Let's lift it up," she said, squatting next to him.

"its worth a try." Xander said with a shrug

six square feet of flooring pulled up and under it was a concrete slab. there was a little handle dug into it in the middle, " they did a good job making this so there wasn't that hollow sound that comes with hidden doors in the floor."

"Smart," river observed. "Anyone want to go down?" She asked with a smirk and a look around the room. Graham shook his head.

"Definitely," Audrey agreed as the jug filled.

"I'll go," Athena offered. She pulled a small flashlight off her belt.

Tevon turned the handle and pushed the latch down and it slowly swung open with a little squeak, "I'll go too." he said reaching up for the computer

Athena turned the light on and shined it down into the opening. "I'll go first."

River nodded. "Keep an eye out, you never know what's down there."

he nodded but she was rubbing him wrong. he didn't know why but...there was just something. she was too...much.

Athena nodded then slowly made her way down. She got the bottom and looked around, it was a large room. "How large is the room supposed to be?" She asked Tevon.

he chuckled, " Its not just a room." he said making his way down the spiral stair case. he glanced at his computer then around, " this is one room of 27 is what it looks like."

"27?" Athena scanned around them with her light. "That is incredible." She looked over at him. "Which way?"

he looked around," there should be a door with another set of stairs at the far end of the room."

Athena stepped farther into the room. "Where do the stairs go?"

"it looks like down to the rest of the rooms...its really increasable." He said opening another file

"Let's go check it out," athena headed for where he said the door would be.

The door was exactly where it said it would be covered in a thick layer of dust. Tevon opened the door and there was another spiral stair case with a pole next to it," they definitely conserved on space."

Athena shined her light down, "do you know what this building was used for?"

He shook his head," doesn't say but they obviously planned for quick decent," he said looking at the pole

"I think we should take the stairs, they're probably safer," athena sugested

Tevon grinned," is GI Jane scared of a fireman's pole?"

Athena arched an eyebrow. "No,but we don't know what's at the botom "

He chickled, "oo lets go with that explanation." He said mockingly as he headed down the stairs

Athena rolled her eyes and followed him, "be careful."

he ignored her caution skipping down the stairs till he got to the bottom looking at the schismatics waiting for her to get down," there looks like there are 22 actual rooms a kitchen a dining room and the rest are bathrooms."
