Apocalypse ran till he could run no more. He slowed down, his jaw healed so he didn't have teh darkness around. He stopped and lay under a tree, in its shade, his black fur blending in perfectly. A tear slid down his cheek and he closed his eyes so he was all but invisible. The tear fell to the ground softly.

Owen sighed heavily and shifted into her human form then looked at the stallion as a silver swirled tear slid down her cheek.

Bloodstone nickered genltly to the girl, somehow not suprised by her change, and whiped the tear away with his muzzle. "It's going to be ok." He told her as he stepped towrds her, putting his neck over her shoulder and pulling her closer to him with his head on her back in a horse-ish hug. She threw her arms up around him and burried her face in his neck as the tears flowed and her body shook with the sobs she held back. Bloodstone just looked up at the place where the male had dissapeared nd let out a deep breath.

Apocalypse sighed. He hated horses, always had, always will. It was something from his past, something he couldn't recall, all he knew was that he hated them, he wanted too kill every horse on the planet if he could get the chance. His tail curled around him, and he put his paws over his snout. More tears came from under his eyelids. He loved her deeply, with every fiber of his being, but he hated horses just as much. He knew he had to pick one, just as she did.

Owen finally stopped crying and pulled back so she could look into Bloodstone's eyes, the fur on his neck where she'd burried her face was wet and shinier than the rest of him because of her tears. He just nodded his head once and took a few steps so that she'd be at his shoulder. She reached up and got one handfull of his mane, and put her other had on his whithers then jumped up onto his back. "Where do you want me to take you?" he asked her, since he could feel that she didn't wish to guide him anywere but was just along for the ride.

Owen took a deep breath and closed her eyes, then swallowed and saidjust above a whisper because she didn't trust her voice, "Anywhere you want to take me. I just want to ride."

Bloodstone nodded once then broke into a gallop, heading east.

Apocalypse couldn't make up his mind, all the thoughts hurt. He cleared his head and curled up into a tight ball and waited, he felt the minuets pass. He just wanted too die, life wasn't life without her for him, but he knew he wouldn't be able to stand the horse.

Owen had her hands tangled in the stallion's mane and she leaned low over his neck. She revelled in the feel of the wind and his mane whipping her face and his muscles rippling beneath his fur. It had been a long time since she'd gotten to ride any kind of horse and only now did it fully hit her how much she had missed it. She had always been so intent and focused on finding Apocalypse that she'd never noticed that ever growing pain of not being with horses.

Bloodstone could sense what the girl was thinking, thus he changed course slightly and really kicked it into gear, stretching out low to the ground and movingso fast that his hooves barely touched the ground.

Owen notice how quickly the stallion changed course and was taken somewhat by suprised at how amazingly fast he could go. She didn't quite understand why he changed course so fast, but she knew it wasn't because of any danger. She smiled and closed her eyes, laying so low over his neck tht she was practically just laying on top of him. With her eyes closed she simply felt and responded to the stallion's movements, moving as one with him, yet remaining completely blind as to where they were and what their destination was. She loved the feeling of suspense, and knew that once they got where they were going and she opened her eyes it would be a wonderful suprise.

Apocalypse slowly drifted into sleep, as he slept the liquid darkness came once more, it moved around him slowly, like an asteroid belt around a planet. Soon Apocalypse's tail twitched as dreams came, they where more like nightmares. The darkness grew stronger and stronger, suddenly it thrashed out at the tree, and as it touched the tree it was lifted off the ground, torn from its roots and sent spinning through the air. The darkness grew yet larger and stronger as it thrashed around at anything around Apocalypse, a bird, unluckily flew over them, the darkness jumped at it, and engulfed it, a shape started too grow in the darkness, it was the shape of the bird it just engulfed, now the darkness could use that shape for itself to move around and aid its master

Emily was in the bed with her eyes closed " Love?," Emily asked, now making a weird noise.

Shadow looked at her worried. "Whats wrong?"

" I think it's coming now!," Emily told Shadow, with her eyes closed.

Shadow frowned and called a doctor

The came " What's wrong is she all right?," The doctor ask.

" It's coming!," Emily told the doctor, now sitting up and holding onto something " Shadow!," Emily yelling.
