Ok well all of you Twilighters, Twihards, and Fanpiers there has been a lot of gossip surrounding the sequal to the smash hit Twilight, New Moon. well as all of you know Taylor Lautner is said to be possibly replaced by actor Michael Copon. that is still only a rumore and I pray to God it stays that way. I am hoping very much that Taylor returns fo rhte massively huge part as Jacob black in this new movie

well ther has also ben a rumor that Ben Barns is trying out for the part of mind reading, vampire royalty, Aro.

but that is not all....oh not in the least. there has bene talk, and I don't know how seriouse this is, that Hight School Musical's Venessa Hudgens is trying out for the part of Leah the werewolf or one of the vanpires.

YAY JACOB IS STAYING AS TAYLOR

Good news about New Moon from director Chris Weitz:

I'm very happy to announce that Taylor Lautner will be playing Jacob Black in New Moon and that he's doing so with the enthusiastic support of Summit Entertainment, the producers, and Stephenie Meyer.

The characters in Stephenie's books go through extraordinary changes of circumstance and also appearance; so it is not surprising that there has been speculation about whether the same actor would portray a character who changes in so many surprising ways throughout the series. But it was my first instinct that Taylor was, is, and should be Jacob, and that the books would be best served by the actor who is emotionally right for the part. I think that fans of Twilight the book and the movie will be surprised by the Jacob Black that Taylor will bring to the screen in New Moon; and I'm looking forward to working with him and the rest of the cast in realizing the film.

I'd just like to add that I was very much a part of this decision. My first priority was always what was best for New Moon—what was going to give us the best possible movie. I'm truly thrilled that Taylor was the one who proved to the director, to Summit, and to me that he is the best possible Jacob we could have. And I'm very much looking forward to seeing what he's going to bring to Jacob's character this year.

So after the casting scare of VHud possibly being cast as the role of Leah Clearwater and all the finger crossing and hoping against the drastic possible outcome we actually have some good casting gossip on the table. Ready? Ok, so one of the main questions being asked that surrounds the New Moon movie is, who ill play the Volturi? Well we already know that Ben Barnes is trying out for the part of Aro but what’s the news? Here it is. The gossip that has been circulating is that Dakota Fanning is being eyes for the part of the young, beautiful, but deadly Jane. I don’t know about all you Twilight fans but I am excited. This girl is an amazing actress and now no longer a gangly little pre teen she has all the makings of being a breathtaking but terrifying Vampire.

Ok so there is a little more news on the casting of our highly anticipated sequel New Moon. As we know by now Lautner is staying on as Jacob Black(does the happy dance) and Fanning is cast to play Jane. Well even with these two amazing updates there were still some questions and I will be able to answer a few of them right now. So, question number one, who is going to play the rest of the Voltury. Well, we know of at least two more members of the vampire “royalty”. First off we have Jamie Campbell Bower who is cast to play Caius. Though I personally, after seeing a few pictures, think he looks far more like a twin to Fanning and therefor would be better suited to play Alic but what do I know. The next up is the leader of the Italian coven Aro. Now there has been quite a bit of speculation that Ben Barnes was up to play the part of the papery skinned leader but those speculations are unfounded and untrue. The man cast for this very important role is Micheal Sheen. I applaud their decision and just hope his acting lives up to his looks. The second question is who is playing the wolf pack? And yes I do have more answers the wolf pack will consist of Chaske Spencer as Sam Uley, Tyson Houseman as Quil Ateara, Kiowa Gordon as Embry Call, Alex Meraz as Paul, Bronson Pelletier as Jared and Tinsel Korey as Emily Young
