"You were exhausted," she replied. "I think it was a miracle you went so long without knocking out."

he nodded sleepily, " did you sleep?"

She shook her head. "No. Not really."

"Oh..." he took a few deep breaths trying to wake up, " I'm sorry. I...uhm...I'm sorry I fell asleep then."

"You needed to sleep. It's fine," she said, brushing a piece of hair out of his face.

he smiled, " but I don't want you just laying here being bored

"I wasn't bored," she said softly. "I have plenty to think about at the moment."

"Oh...right," he sighed

She nodded. "Yeah," she said softly.

he closed his eyes then rolled onto his back, " yeah..." he repeated then opened his eyes to stair at the cealing

AJ sighed and rested her head on the pillow, looking over at him. She didn't say anything. After all that thinking, she hadn't come to much of a conclusion.

"I feel like I should be apalogizing but I don' know for what."

"Then don't apologize," she said. "At least, not until you think of something that I could possibly blame you for. Which, at the moment is nothing," she added.

"Oh I don'r know for not wearing a condum, for getting you knocked up, for not being man enough to be ready for the baby....I could think of a whol laundry list of things."

"I was on birth control Ben, how were we supposed to expect the need for anything more? And I did play a part in getting pregnant, if you recall. And as for the last one..." AJ paused for a moment. "We both know that I'm not ready either."
