Vivan awoke and kissed her Neices head qucikly "What is wrong my dear? What has startled you?" She asked her hurridly. Trying to calm her down.

As if she were a child again, Morgan pulled herself up directly on top of her aunt. Lying chest to chest and nose to nose, she told Vivien, "As is our unbreakable kinship in our persons, so it is in our dreams! I have dreamed something which clearly is bound up with your dream of Excalibur!" From where she was, she kissed Vivien on cheeks, nose and lips, then described her somewhat alarming dream of meeting Joseph of Arimatheia. She wanted to be as close to her comforting beloved as possible when telling this, for it unsettled her. She did not say so, but she dreaded that the evaporating of the lake in her dream could forebode her aunt's death.

Arthur escorted Guinevere to her seat. As the guest of honor, she got to have a seat next to the king. This banquet will not only be a welcoming to Lady Guinevere to Camelot, but also a celebration of a victory that contributed to solidify his sovereignty.

Seated on one side of Leodegrance, Sir Kay remarked to him, "God willing, Your Grace, the day will come when Lot and Uriens both shall willingly sit at such a table with us, accepting the reign of the High King as God's will. But I can speak for my brother in saying that they will NEVER be preferred OVER you, gallant Leodegrance, who sided with Arthur when it was risky to do so."

Arthur knew he owed more a debt of gratitude to Pellinore for his loyalty. But Arthur knew that Sir Pellinore will not refuse him to at least hear what Master Twitty had to say.
As the attendants were serving the meal, but before they had begun eating, Arthur stood up:

"My Knights, Lords, and Ladies All Please hear me!
Thank you all for coming today. It is an honor to have you all assembled here. Without further comment, I present to you King Leodegrance and his beautiful daughter and guest of honor, Lady Guinevere."

Meanwhile, at Castle Sauvage, Merlin had dispatched another falcon to carry this message to Arthur at Camelot:

Sir Ector well now. I am seeing to matters in Wales on your behalf. Advise you take no action concerning Avalon pagans till I return. Merlin.

Mustering his superhuman swiftness, Arthur's mystical mentor now set out for Wales, and for the lair at which he would find the nefarious Lady Morgawse, sister to Vivien and Igraine....

Vivian listend intently while strokeing her Neices back. Once she was done she kissed her on top of her head and said "This coencides with my dream" Vivan then exsplained her own dream about Boadicea and Excaliber. "While I was sleeping I saw mainland England and Boadicea she then said to me "You seek my old sword, to give it to a man of the noblest character. This is good. But to find it, you must go with the companion you love most, who also loves you most. You will find that water can be the bridge to cross water. And for that crossing, you will be able to share with your dear one your ability to breathe underwater." Then I awoke"

"The Goddess is surely guiding us," Morgan breathed--in stubborn defiance of what had been said in her own dream about Whose will was at work. "I suggest that in the morning we search for connected clues in the scrolls of our foremothers who held Avalon in the past." But she did not relax her clinging to Vivien. "Only....I am terribly afraid that the lake steaming away in my dream portends ill to you." She kissed Vivien several more times on both cheeks. "How can I live if I lose you?"

"There is no need to worry my dear. I am sure I shall be fine. Lets hope that you are reading too far into this" She hugged Morgan just to emphasise that she was still there. "But even if something did happen I am sure you would be able to carry on. That you can figure out what to do. Also I think that, that sounds like a splendid idea. We shall go and look later on in the morning shall we?"

When Morgan awoke once more and saw her loved one alive and intact, she did not settle for any dismissive, stand-offish peck on the forehead, but gave several smacking wet kisses to Vivien's cheeks and mouth, crying between kisses, "Goddess be praised! Goddess be thanked! You have NOT been taken away from me!" Only then did she pry herself loose from Vivien and stand up to gaze upon the early sun, whose bright beams entering the windows made nothing of her nightgown.
