Josiah took his time where he lay on top of Melody, using his elbows to keep some of his weight off of her, and lovingly kissing her all the while. When his, um, capability was recovered, he began doing for a THIRD time what Melody was willing for him to do; he wasn't about to miss opportunities with her free consent.

Josiah was so taken off guard by this, that his effort to get out of Melody's way and let her do what she had to, caused him to fall off the bed. Springing to his feet again, he quickly checked on the babies, found them still asleep, and then went to the bathroom door, guessing that Melody had had an attack of nausea. "Are you okay, dear? Is there anything I can do for you?" After that wild leap she had made out of bed, he was prepared for Melody also to be in another senseless fit of anger; but he had to offer to help.

Zach came as soon as he could, by which time the spouses and also Tiffany were up and dressed. As Tiffany kept an eye on the twins, Josiah let Zach into the house and told him, "She got nauseated, as if it were morning sickness, but it can't be that. The only time she could have gotten pregnant again after the twins was within the hour before I called you!--and no one gets pregnancy symptoms THAT fast!"

" You're right," agreed Zach; "it has to be something else." He felt Melody's forehead and asked her, "Do you feel anything unusual?"

"Okay, the OTHER thing I want to do is take a blood sample for testing."

He had everything he needed for this purpose, and the sample soon was taken.
